Have you always wanted to be a writer? What do you love most about your job?

I hadn’t always wanted to be a writer, but now I can’t imagine not being one! What I love most about my job is being able to slip off into my imaginary worlds; and also being around home for my kids and hubby is a bonus.

Do you have the most fun creating your heroes or your heroines?

I’d say both, because for me, they both grow from one another.

Do you have a favourite hero or heroine from your books or by any other author?

From my own books, it has to be Jake Wethers and Trudy Bennett, as they changed my life. I also adore Ryan Wesley from HIM by Sarina Bowen and Elle Kennedy, and Gideon Cross from BARED TO YOU by Sylvia Day.

Who are the authors you read for pleasure?

There is no one set author for me, I will literally read any book that grabs my attention.

If you could take only three essentials with you to a desert island what would they be?

Kindle, mascara and a bottle of water.

Who would be on your dream dinner party guest list?

Thomas Harris, Henry Cavill, Chris Hemsworth (dressed as Thor!) Ryan Tedder, Lady Gaga and Jon Bon Jovi.

What are your guilty pleasures?

Listening to the Backstreet Boys, and eating Rum Truffles!
